HOW TO REGISTER

The participants will be selected by their own competent authorities. Selected participants will receive a confirmation letter containing all relevant information on how to register for the workshop.

Selected participants must fill in the following application form. Before to register be sure that you have received the password provided by GIZ representative:

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Two weeks before the start of the training course, information letters with all necessary information concerning flights and tickets will be sent to all participants.

VISA INFORMATION

The European Training Platform for Safer Food (TrainSaferFood) will not contact Embassies directly on behalf of participants who may need visas, nor will TrainSaferFood provide additional attestations in support of visa applications. The participants should check before the visit whether they will need a visa or not. Cost associated with obtaining a visa must be paid by the participants or their administrations.

The TrainSaferFood confirmation letter should be used as proof of attendance at the event. The confirmation letter must be presented at registration for the event. On the following link you will receive any information required: http://projectvisa.com
